Samuel Netzky

Born in Russia in 1885, Mr. Netzky emigrated to the United States in the early 1900's. Enjoying great business success as founder of “Ship’n’Shore,” Mr. Netzky was also proud of his Talmudic scholarship and enabled others to follow that path through his philanthropy.

The members of the Netzky family, having founded the Netzky Institute for Adult Studies in 1963, remain committed to his ideals to this day.
